This Bayliner brand polyester motor yacht had been heavily damaged. The yacht had broken loose during a storm and was damaged in the course of events. The remedy was to paint the complete hull.
Sometimes the customer chooses to do the disassembly and assembly of windows and deck hardware himself or herself, but in this case the customer commissioned me to do this. The deck hardware was partially unusable, so replacement parts were ordered and fitted. The original three-party acrylic windows were upgraded to a single polycarbonate window which is less prone to leakage.
On this ship a polyester anti-osmosis treatment was performed.
